Ms. Schwaber is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department.  Her practice focuses on labor and employment law.

Ms. Schwaber graduated from the University of Maryland, magna cum laude, in 2003 with a degree in government and politics.  She obtained her juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2006.  While a student, Ms. Schwaber clerked for the Office of the General Counsel of the United States Peace Corps with a focus on equal employment opportunity litigation.
