Ms. Watts is an associate in the Contingent Litigation Department at Shulman Rogers. Her practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases, including claims against the government.
Ms. Watts graduated magna cum laude from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama in 1999 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 2007. Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Ms. Watts served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Herman C. Dawson in Prince George's County Circuit Court. She is a member of the Maryland Bar.
