Melanie A. Keegan is an associate in the Telecommunications Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on 800 MHz rebanding matters including the drafting and negotiation of various rebanding agreements.  Previously, Ms. Keegan was a member of the Real Estate Practice Group where she worked in the areas of commercial and residential real estate focusing on drafting and negotiating land aquisition contracts.  A graduate of St. Johns University School of Law, Ms. Keegan brings her knowledge of the intricacies of real estate contracts to the equally challenging area of rebanding agreements.  Ms. Keegan is responsible for rebanding contract review and negotiation, Transition Administrator contact and rebanding process coordination.
