Ms. Moylan is a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department.  Her practice consists of a variety of commercial litigation matters including contract, corporate and real estate disputes.

Ms. Moylan graduated from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude, in 2002 with a degree in journalism and obtained her juris doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2005.  Ms. Moylan holds a specialized certificate from the Institute for Communications Law Studies.  While a student, Ms. Moylan served as Lead Articles Editor for the CommLaw Conspectus:  Journal of Communications Law and Policy and placed first overall in the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition.
