Ms. Hepburn is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department at Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Ms. Hepburn served as the judicial law clerk to the sitting judges in the District Courts of Frederick and Washington County, Maryland and was the law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin, for the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland.
