Mr. Chung is a shareholder in the Contingent Litigation Department at Shulman Rogers. In his practice, Mr. Chung handles personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice cases, including Claims Against the Government. In addition, he handles a variety of commercial litigation matters. He represents individuals as well as entities before the state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Mr. Chung served as an Assistant State's Attorney for Prince George's County, Maryland. During his tenure, he handled hundreds of various motions and has conducted over 150 bench and jury trials in the District and Circuit Courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
Mr. Chung received his B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1992 and was awarded his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1996, where he was a member of the International and Comparative Law Journal. He is a member of Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and New York bars. He is also fluent in Korean.
