Mr. Henneberry handles a variety of civil lawsuits and commercial transactions. His litigation practice includes the defense and prosecution of commercial lawsuits, contract disputes, business torts, employment wage/hour disputes, litigation arising out of violations of restrictive covenants or non-competes and general civil litigation. Mr. Henneberry is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, including appellate courts, and has also represented clients in arbitration matters before the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Mr. Henneberry represents numerous businesses and individuals on a wide range of issues. For example, he provides clients with legal advice relating to general business practices, employer-employee related issues and he negotiates and prepares contracts (e.g., purchase and sale, employment) on behalf of clients. He has prosecuted cases in federal court for clients seeking redress under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
