Ms. Friedman practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate transactions. She represents residential builders and developers in land acquisitions, title insurance companies in the resolution and settlement of title claims, and commercial and residential landlords in dispute resolution. She represents title insurers in the resolution and settlement of title claims and commercial and residential landlords in dispute resolution. Ms. Friedman represents financial institutions, developers and residential builders in the Maryland, District of Columbia and Northern Virginia region.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Friedman worked for Mellon Bank designing training programs to ensure compliance with banking laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Regulation CC.
