William B. Schroeder concentrates his practice in representing home builders, land developers and other businesses in matters concerning commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and construction issues.  Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Mr. Schroeder maintained an active litigation practice at a Bethesda, Maryland based law firm after starting his career with a District of Columbia insurance defense firm.
