Mr. Krakower concentrates on corporate and business law with an emphasis on entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnering and the development, protection and exploitation of technology and proprietary rights. Mr. Krakower has substantial experience in negotiating and documenting significant business transactions, including several mergers and acquisitions having values ranging from $10 million to in excess of $100 million and joint venture development projects in excess of $150 million. Mr. Krakower also has substantial experience in negotiating and documenting software and technology development agreements, computer systems agreements and intellectual property licensing and distribution agreements.
Mr. Krakower is a member of the Section of Business Law of the Maryland State Bar Association. He has lectured for The Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers and the Montgomery County Bar Association regarding business transactions.
