Alexis Peters is an Associate in the Firm's Commercial Real Estate Group.  Her practice consists of transactions involving commercial and multiple-lot residential real estate, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, development issues and financing.  Ms. Peters' clients include local and national real estate developers, investors, homebuilders and lenders.  She has successfully structured, negotiated, documented and closed transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family housing (rental and condominium), health care facilities and other retail and mixed use projects.  Since joining the Firm, she has helped to close more than a half billion dollars in transactions.
